    • iMac and MacBook / MacBook Pro – $50
    • All other Apple devices – $25

Apple requires hardware diagnostics to be performed before and after each repair process. During this diagnostic your device is tested and checked out thoroughly to determine the specific cause of the problem(s). Before effecting any repairs we will first notify you of what we find and what the labor cost will be to correct the problem(s), as well as costs for any parts. If you choose to go forward with the repair or if your device is under warranty, the diagnostic fee will be waived. If not, the diagnostic fee will be applied and your device returned to you.
